Inclement Weather Policy
In case of inclement weather:
- If the host cancels the party due to bad weather, he/she needs to give 6 hours notice to Judy and guests.
- Judy has the right to cancel any parties if she can not arrive safely. She will give at least 6 hours notice to the host.
- Judy will notify the host of available "Snow Make-up Dates"
Don't worry, I will work with you to find another party date.
- The host is responsible for contacting party guests of any cancellation and/or rescheduling.
- The host is responsible for refunding or transferring any money to party guests.
- The host's $60 non-refundable down-payment WILL be transferred to the available "Snow Make-Up Date"
If no "snow make-up date" can be reached between Judy and the host, the down-payment will be refunded. If Judy feels like the hosts has unnecessarily canceled a party without communicating to Judy, a snow-date or refund may not be available.
