Garden Party Sept. 7: Exclusively for Hosts
You’re invited to my garden. “Happiness held is the seed; Happiness shared in the flower.” You have an exclusive invitation to a Garden Party at my home. Only 10 seats are available and my past Painting Party hosts get the first announcement.
WHEN: Saturday, September 7 (my birthday), 10:00am-12:30pm

Arrive at our woodland farm and enter my flower garden full of seasonal perennials, annuals, sunflowers, and pumpkins too!
Let’s start with light refreshments and drinks. Then I’ll give you a tour of my flower garden (don’t expect perfection – you’ll see weeds too). Ask questions and I’ll try to answer (I’m not an expert but I learned a lot over the years).
Then we’ll sit outside in the garden shade to create two pressed flower designs. A silver locket necklace and a small framed pressed flower picture. I will give hints about pressing and arranging pressed flowers. Most of the flowers you’ll use were pressed from my garden.
Next, I can’t wait to make a stunning fall wreath with you! It will be wrapped with burlap and you’ll tuck in moss, succulent cuttings, dried flowers, and natural materials. Another fun project will be a mini white ceramic pumpkin topped with real succulents as well!
Finally, a Garden Party is not complete without picking flowers! Walk through my garden picking a fresh bouquet of flowers to take home with you. Maybe you’ll even press your flowers at home.

- Cost for everything (food, drinks, tour, 4 projects, & bouquet): $75
- ONLY 10 Seats are Available.
- Cost after August 15 (if seats remain) $80
- My VIPs customers will be invited next, after August 15
- This is a farm. You may see (and smell) cattle. You may even see deer on the hillside surrounding our farm.
- If the weather is rainy or windy, projects will be created inside. Come prepared for a garden tour outside in any weather. But I’ll keep you posted through email or Facebook messenger.
- After you register: PLEASE Facebook message “Painting Parties by Judy” since emails tend to get lost or in spam folders.
- No Refunds (I’m getting A LOT ready for this event) but you can transfer your ticket to someone else. Just let me know.
- Flowers will be different than the images you see. September flowers are lovely too.
- There are some local restaurants close by: Waterford Diner, Lovetwo Eat Farm, Walnut Cheese Nook (my favorite), Spruce Hill Lunch and more.
